When Uplay has downloaded the game, don't install it. Go to the Ubisoft folder on your hard drive, UbisoftUbisoft Game LauncherCacheInstallers. In there, there should be a numbered folder and it should contain the installation and setup files needed for Splinter Cell Blacklist. So just copy and paste that folder to a different hard drive or location, now you will be able to install it whenever you want as you have the setup files and you won't need to download them again.
